Welcome to my blog! I decided to keep a blog on the renovations to the farmhouse I live in for a number of reasons. Firstly for myself as a handy reference guide to the things I love and ideas I come across while trawling through the vast array of websites and blogs dedicated to design, interiors and living in my search for inspiration. Secondly as a way of updating friends and family on our progress without boring them to death. They can dip in and out as they please without having to listen to me exalt the benefits of triple glazing over double glazing……And finally as an outlet for myself when I find something amazing and totally impractical for our house but which I just have to share with someone.
